Musical acts of all types bring their shows to Treasure Island Resort and Casino, including Overall, the amphitheater can hold 16,000 people. The outdoor venue has 9,400 permanent seats and a large, general-admission grassy area for lawn chairs and blankets. In 2018, Treasure Island Resort and Casino built an amphitheater to host live musical and comedy acts. The venue offers a hotel, casino, water park, spa, restaurants and more. It is owned and operated by the Prairie Island Indian Community. Treasure Island Resort and Casino is an entertainment complex located 30 minutes south of Minneapolis in Welch, Minn.
